Yoga Therapy Series: Yoga for Anxiety

Join Certified Yoga Therapist, Cat Enright, for this 5-week series to help recognize and manage anxiety. Yoga Therapy is a somatic approach to wellness, addressing overall health through physical, mental, emotional and spiritual counseling. Each 2-hour session will include breathwork, meditation, visualization, movement, and the option for confidential sharing.

Applied Anatomy in Asana: Shoulder Focus

Join Liza Higbee-Robinson for a 4-hour asana intensive that combines functional anatomy of the shoulder girdle with techniques and strategies that will empower you to mindfully strengthen and mobilize your shoulders. This offering is suitable for yoga teachers and students who have an interest in optimizing the asana practice for healthy, happy shoulders.  (4 CEUs)

Yoga, Self-Care, and Community: Workshop and Fundraiser for Indigenous Youth and Wellness

Nourish yourself with an afternoon of self-care and community connection, supporting Rooted Resiliency, a non-profit dedicated to empowering Indigenous communities through holistic wellness. Over the course of a few hours, Indigenous wellness leaders and Rooted Resiliency co-founders, Vina and Anna Leigh, will guide you through a restorative journey including a guided meditation, intuitive exercise, gentle yoga practice, and soothing sound bath. This workshop will raise funds to provide local Indigenous youth with the opportunity to participate in Rooted Resiliency’s upcoming gala, a powerful cultural event.

Kintsugi & Yin Yoga: Embracing Imperfections Through Gentle Movement & the Art of Mending Pottery with Gold

Explore the Japanese art of Kintsugi paired with the meditative practice of Yin Yoga in this two-part workshop focused on healing through acceptance. Learn to mend broken pottery with gold in a step-by-step lesson, safely breaking and repairing a small pottery item with Kintsugi techniques to create your own piece of art to take home. Then extend this practice of embracing what is, just as it is, to our mats with gentle poses held for several minutes, supported by props, allowing time for breath and relaxation. All humans are welcome, no art or yoga experience necessary.

Fall Yoga Series for Preschoolers: 5-Weeks of Playful Movement for Ages 3-5

Dive into a world of fun, movement, and learning in this five week series of yoga classes specially tailored for preschoolers, ages 3-5. Each class incorporates playful poses, group games, and activities. Using principles of social and emotional learning, we'll learn to move our bodies, recognize and manage big feelings, and how to support each other in community. Classes can be booked individually from any of the available dates across the session, or bundle all five classes and save!

Community Kirtan

Join Claire on the harmonium, Jonathan on guitar and Mac on the Mridanga (Indian Drum) with the intention of joining our voices and exploring one of the yoga traditions oldest practices: mantra meditation. Mantra practice is a simple yet deep path where we practice both deep listening and creating vibration in the throat using short phrases in Sanskrit. The practice is call and response style and no experience is necessary. Come with an open heart to experience the power of chanting in community!

Precision, Clarity & Respect: Asana Studies with Christina Sell

Alignment in asana is a combination of precision of intention, clarity in action and respect for your capacity. When threaded together, these guiding principles create a lens through which you can empower your efforts with confidence and skill. In this training, you’ll be guided through a well-rounded sequence incorporating practical strategies for deepening your anatomical and postural knowledge, along with techniques you can use to improve range of motion over time. Expect demonstrations, a few partner exercises, and a slow-paced practice with standing poses, arm balances and basic back bending postures.  (4 CEUs)

Yoga + Acupuncture: Embracing Fall

Join Mackenzie as she leads you through a 70-minute strong + slow yoga flow, inviting you to embody and ground into the various themes we experience throughout fall — letting go, embracing reflection, and harvesting abundance. During savasana, Haley will offer acupuncture along specific meridians to facilitate deeper integration of the seasonal themes explored during the yoga session. We’ll wrap up this enriching gathering with a cup of traditional Chinese herbal tea — the perfect culmination of a rejuvenating evening.

Inner Reflection: Yin Yoga & Qigong Workshop

In traditional Chinese medicine, autumn is the start of the Yin season and the harbinger of descending metal chi (energy). Join Kendall as they lead you through an in-depth exploration of the metal element through a blend of Yin asana, Qigong, and meditation practices. By combining gentle movement with moments of stillness, we'll align with the grounding nature of metal, releasing what no longer serves us and embracing the introspective energy of the fall.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR EVENTS

Registration for all events, including trainings and immersion workshops, is non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by contacting us via phone, email, or in person.


We understand that plans can change, but our no-refund policy helps us maintain the quality and sustainability of our offerings. Organizing events requires significant time, effort, and resources from both the studio and our teachers. In addition, many of our trainings & workshops have limited spacing — last-minute cancellations not only prevent others from attending, but also affect the viability of the event for our dedicated instructors. As a small, local business, your understanding and cooperation not only helps us support our teachers, but also allows us to continue providing enriching experiences for our community!
