New Moon Yoga Nidra: A Night of Deep Relaxation

Embrace the energy of the new moon with an evening of deep relaxation and restoration. This 90-minute class will open with a luxurious restorative yoga practice, leaving you supported and at ease. You’ll then be guided through a full yoga nidra practice. Often referred to as  “yogic sleep”, yoga nidra is an extended guided meditation that relaxes the body and mind, systematically moving through the layers of experience to release stress, increase self awareness, strengthen your connection to the unconscious, and connect with your truest self.

Mantra + Meditation for Peace:  Open Mic Gathering for Challenging Times

Free Event!! The ache in your heart is holy. It is a doorway. Come as you are. Healing does not happen in isolation. It happens in circles. In shared breath. In voices that quiver and steady each other.

The evening will oscillate between kirtan and meditation practices led by BYC teachers Jen, Claire, and Jonathan (+ other special guests!) with an open mic/community component for anyone to lead or share something from the heart. This might be a song, a poem, a meditation, a prayer or holding silence as an offering to the collective heartache. In the weaving of our voices and our quiet, may we remember that even our sorrow is sacred, and we are joined by our collective humanity — so vast enough to break us open and hold us at once.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR EVENTS

Registration for all events, including trainings and immersion workshops, is non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by contacting us via phone, email, or in person.

We understand that plans can change, but our no-refund policy helps us maintain the quality and sustainability of our offerings. Organizing events requires significant time, effort, and resources from both the studio and our teachers. In addition, many of our trainings & workshops have limited spacing — last-minute cancellations not only prevent others from attending, but also affect the viability of the event for our dedicated instructors. As a small, local business, your understanding and cooperation not only helps us support our teachers, but also allows us to continue providing enriching experiences for our community!
