CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR RETREATS
All retreat deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to both the retreat centers’ policies and the amount of extensive resources involved in planning a retreat, we cannot offer any refunds, transfers, or credits for cancellations for any reason within 90 days of the retreat start date. Trip insurance can protect your retreat investment if you need to cancel for covered circumstances.
We understand that plans can change, but our no-refund policy helps us maintain the quality and sustainability of our offerings. Organizing events requires significant time, effort, and resources from both the studio and our teachers. In addition, all of our retreats have limited spacing — last-minute cancellations not only prevent others from attending, but also affect the viability of the retreat for our dedicated instructors. As a small, local business, your understanding and cooperation not only helps us support our teachers, but also allows us to continue providing enriching experiences for our community!
