Embrace the back-to-school mindset by joining Jacque for a fun and lively, three-part introduction into the basics of yoga where you’ll learn the framework of a yoga class, what to expect, and the skills you need to feel supported in your commitment to a practice of mindfulness and well-being through yoga. During this series you will become familiar with standard yoga poses, their names and shapes, while discovering simple ways to pay attention to your breath. Practice combining your breath with the movement of yoga postures to support you in experiencing an elevated state of body and mind awareness.

This is a great opportunity to join other beginners and an experienced yoga teacher, ask questions, and build a solid foundation for your practice, giving you the confidence to participate in our regular BYC classes!

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Registration for all events, including trainings and immersion workshops, is non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by contacting us via phone, email, or in person.
