What does it mean to teach heart centric yoga and how do we as teachers execute that in our class plans?

This training will support teachers to tap into the infinite source of their hearts and develop class plans that emulate their inspiration at play. Learn how to express your passion of yoga with a clear and focused intention that can create a greater impact. Through experienced class participation, discussion and practical exercises, we will build skills and refinement of theme, speech, and storytelling.
