Ever since Mackenzie discovered her yoga practice 14 years ago, she has been inspired by the ways this practice can translate to and reflect life off the mat. She channels this insight into her classes to inspire students to weave different themes and intentions from one’s practice on the mat into their day to day lives off of the mat.
Mackenzie‘s classes are thoughtfully and creatively sequenced intending to build presence, deeper awareness and loving acceptance within oneself. She encourages students to cultivate a curious mind while exploring their inner realm and somatic sensations. Through her teaching, she invites students to lean into their edges to build strength and resilience while also integrating ease and gentleness to experience deep nourishment on all levels.
