Kenna’s intention is to provide accessible and genuine yoga experiences that serve as a lens for self study. As such, she teaches asana in the context of all limbs of yoga with an emphasis on empowerment and inquisition. She encourages students to hold space for themselves in each facet of the practice, be that intensity, play, or rest.
Kenna has taught yoga throughout the Northwest and infuses her classes with place-based reverence and knowledge. Beyond yoga, she supports folks' relationships to self as a mountain bike and backpacking instructor and when not in the studio can usually be found chasing sunshine with her pup.
