Adrianna has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and set out to showcase larger bodies in a teaching specific yogic space. Using a strength based practice, her goal is to bring representation and agency to students with bodies who may need or benefit from pose alternatives, prop usage or other modifications based on unique anatomical constraints and differences. Her philosophy is that your body changes every day, so meet yourself where you are TODAY with kindness and respect for your past, present, and future experience. In line with this philosophy, she is also the owner of Upper Left Supper Club, a Personal Chef and Small Event Caterer who specializes in Dietary Restrictions and Food Sensitivities.
