Join Kelly and special guest, Dawn Vargo, for a special edition of Rest + Renew featuring a healing sound bath. Over the space of 2 hours, you’ll be guided through supportive and adaptable restorative yoga postures designed to help you access deep rest and healing with a backdrop of healing sound bowls. We invite you to create the space to tend to rest, quiet and self-nourishment!
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Registration for all events, including trainings and immersion workshops, is non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by contacting us via phone, email, or in person.
