Dive into a world of fun, movement, and learning in this five week series of yoga classes specially tailored for preschoolers, ages 3-5. Each class incorporates playful poses, group games, and activities. Using principles of social and emotional learning, we'll learn to move our bodies, recognize and manage big feelings, and how to support each other in community.

Bring a mat, water bottle, curiosity, and a playful spirit as we explore what it is to be mindfully in motion in a fun way together. Choose individual classes from any of the available dates or bundle all five classes within the session and save. Spaces are limited, so book early!

**When registering, please use the name of the parent or guardian to sign up a child for the series. Parents/Guardians are required to be in lobby or within a few minutes of the studio during class.

About Cindy & Michelle:

  • Cindy Ricks

    (RYT-200)
    Over the last ten years yoga has been a positive influence in Cindy's life, bringing more peace, contentment, physical health, and self-knowledge. She loves sharing the knowledge and experience she's gained with friends, family, and the larger community. Her classes offer hatha style sequences with longer held shapes complimented by soothing stretches and balanced by a class ending savasana. She regularly leads Gentle and Slow Flow Yoga classes at our Lynden Yoga Collective studio.

    Michelle is present, loving and inspired. In her classes you can expect clear intuitive cueing, inspiring energy, and laughter with a solid safe ground to land on. She is deeply compassionate and mindful of all beings. Yoga is her moment to moment medicine. Michelle aims to create a space for people to see the student and the teacher within themselves. She regularly leads Slow Flow and Prenatal Yoga classes at our Lynden Yoga Collective studio.


CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Registration for all events, including trainings and immersion workshops, is non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by contacting us via phone, email, or in person. Thank you for your consideration with this policy as so much time, resources, and heart go into planning these experiences for our community!
