Explore the depth and breadth of yoga beyond the physical postures in this 5-week series guided by Dani and Kenna. Through an interactive journey that combines movement, breathwork, readings, discussion, art, and play, you’ll dive into the 8 limbs of yoga and uncover their relevance to modern life. Each session will start with a short asana practice and build upon the foundational teachings of yoga philosophy each week.

This series is ideal for students with an existing yoga practice who are ready to go deeper into the heart of yoga’s teachings. By the end, you’ll leave with a greater understanding of how to live your yoga both on and off the mat.

About Dani & Kenna:

  • Dani Willey

    (E-RYT 500)

    Dani brings a unique mix of movement and meditation as well as a contagious energy to her classes. With a professional background in dance and well over a decade worth of practice and extensive training in several styles of yoga; Dani fuses her practice with creative movement, self-love and empowerment. Her mission is to encourage people to feel safe and at home in their bodies while also celebrating their own unique gifts and selves.

  • Kenna Kuhn

    (RYT-200)

    Kenna’s intention is to provide accessible and genuine yoga experiences that serve as a lens for self study. As such, she teaches asana in the context of all limbs of yoga with an emphasis on empowerment and inquisition. She encourages students to hold space for themselves in each facet of the practice, be that intensity, play, or rest. Kenna has taught yoga throughout the Northwest and infuses her classes with place-based reverence and knowledge.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Registration for all events, including trainings and immersion workshops, is non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by contacting us via phone, email, or in person.
