You’ll learn the foundational principles of Ayurveda, explore your unique mind-body constitution (dosha), and understand how to nourish yourself through Ayurvedic nutrition, tailoring your diet to support your specific dosha or address imbalances. Each session will also include a short grounding movement or meditation practice to help integrate the teachings.
In addition to nutrition, we'll talk about emotional well-being, the healing power of the five senses, and simple yet powerful daily routines to detoxify the mind-body and promote restful sleep. This series offers practical tools to bring balance, vitality, and harmony into your life.
