Calling all Yoga Teachers and Facilitators in Adjacent Fields! What does it mean to 'hold space' and how do we do it skillfully? Such is the essential question of this weekend workshop dedicated to the energetic aspects of teaching yoga, led by guest instructor, Lauren Pisano. Through thoughtful practice of dynamic meditations, mantra and asana as well as deep, honest discussion, we will hone this aspect of the craft. This 12-hour immersion is designed for yoga teachers and facilitators in adjacent fields, who have a desire to deepen their personal practice and explore other teaching techniques.
Topics Covered:
Build energetic awareness and capacity through meditation, mantra, dynamic interaction and practice.
Create a library of knowledge and experience of patterns, landscapes and connections in the internal world.
Practice using speech, body language, sequencing, action and tone to uphold an environment that supports each student's freedom, autonomy and unique path.
