Cancellation & Refund Policies

All purchases of services and products are final. We do not offer refunds or credits on classes, packages, memberships, events, or trainings. Similarly, there are no refunds on deposits for retreats or yoga school tuition. Please review the specific cancellation & refund details for each of our services outlined below, or jump to a particular section by clicking on one of the following quick links:

PRE-BOOKED CLASSES

We ask for 2-hours notice to cancel a class booking. There are no additional penalties or fees for canceling your reservation, however no-shows and cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled class start time will result in the class credit being deducted from your account, and the purchased class will be forfeited. To easily manage your bookings, sign into your account via web browser or download the MindBody app (available for iOS and Android); class registrations can be cancelled in the same way you booked.

  • We permit late arrivals up to 5 minutes after the class's scheduled start time. After that, the doors are closed and locked for safety reasons. If you're running late, please call us prior to the start of class, and we may be able to keep the door open a bit longer to accommodate you. Arrivals after the doors are closed will be subject to our No-Show Policy.

EVENTS, TRAININGS, AND RETREATS

All purchases and registration fees for events/workshops, immersions, and trainings are final. No credits or refunds will be offered for cancellations.

While there are no additional penalties for canceling, we kindly ask that you notify us if you are unable to attend so that we can free up your space to others. Alternatively, you may transfer your spot to someone else by contacting us via phone, email, or in person.

All retreat deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to both the retreat centers’ policies and the amount of extensive resources involved in planning a retreat, we cannot offer any refunds, transfers, or credits for cancellations for any reason within 90 days of the retreat start date. Trip insurance can protect your retreat investment if you need to cancel for covered circumstances.


We understand that plans can change, but our no-refund policy helps us maintain the quality and sustainability of our offerings. Organizing events requires significant time, effort, and resources from both the studio and our teachers. In addition, many of our workshops have limited spacing — last-minute cancellations not only prevent others from attending, but also affect the viability of the event for our dedicated instructors. As a small, local business, your understanding and cooperation not only helps us support our teachers, but also allows us to continue providing enriching experiences for our community!

AUTOPAY MEMBERSHIPS

Autopay memberships are billed each month on the day the membership was started and may be paused or canceled at any time. However, we require a minimum of 5 days notice to cancel payments. To cancel or pause your autopay membership, please contact us via email, phone, or in person before the payment is processed for your next billing cycle. Membership changes cannot be made online by the user and must be arranged through our studio.


Please note that any unused class credits from the 5-Class Monthly Membership do not roll over to the following month. Similarly, the monthly massage credit for the Wellness Membership expires 30 days from activation and will not roll over into the next billing cycle if unused.

To update your payment method or card information, we advise contacting us directly or updating in person to prevent accidental duplicate charges.

    (Note: Making billing changes through your online account or the Mindbody App may inadvertently create a duplicate membership, potentially resulting in double charges!)

CLASS PACKAGES

Class packages are non-refundable and intended for individual use only. Each package has a specific validity period, starting from the date of the first visit:

  • 3 months for 5-Class Packages

  • 6 months for 10-Class Packages

  • 12 months for 20-Class packages

    Unused class credits within this timeframe will expire. While single class credits cannot be transferred to another student, exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances to transfer the remaining balance of a package to another person.

YOGA SCHOOL & MENTORSHIPS

Holding deposits for BYC's 200-Hour Yoga School are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the extensive amount of time, resources, and heart that goes into developing this program, we cannot offer any refunds, transfers, or credits on payments made toward tuition for program withdrawals made within 90 days of the start date, regardless of the circumstances. If you withdraw your enrollment 90 days or more before the program begins, any payments that have been made toward tuition will be refunded, less the $500 non-refundable deposit. Payment is due in full by the program’s start date, unless enrolled in a payment plan.

WELLNESS SERVICES

For all of our Wellness Services, including massages, yoga therapy, and ayurvedic consultation sessions, we have a 24-Hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. There are no refunds offered for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours or less of the appointment start time.
