Teach Like Yourself: A Deep Dive Into Authentic Leadership with Lauren Pisano

Miles Davis once said "Sometimes you have to play a long time to be able to play like yourself." The same is true of teaching yoga. We may spend years, or even decades, teaching yoga classes before we are able to truly stand and speak every word without pretense. In this advanced training we will explore cueing, body language, sequencing and more through a rigorous lens of authenticity. We will uncover what we are doing unconsciously, and also name what we are choosing and why. All with the ultimate goal of teaching by example and living the teachings of yoga as they express uniquely through our form. Led by Guest Faculty, Lauren Pisano (E-RYT 500). (14 CEUs)
